My order showed up later than expected, which was a little frustrating, but everything was packed well and arrived in good shape 🙂

I tried to place an order, but the site kept freezing right when I got to checkout. Then my cart changed on me twice, which was just... And I reached out to support but never heard back. After a while I just gave up.

"Just costs too much for what it is"
I just felt like the prices were a bit too high for what I actually got. The value wasn’t really there for me, and I expected better for what I paid.

"Really disappointing customer service"
I had a frustrating experience trying to get help from Shan because the replies took way too long, when they finally did come they didn’t really answer what I was asking, and I kept feeling like I had to explain the same issue over and over again just to get anywhere, so overall it wasn’t the kind of support I expected and I probably wouldn’t use them again unless they seriously improve.

I ordered from shan.ca hoping the quality would be better, but it was disappointing. A lot of it felt cheap and not as fresh as I expected. For what I paid, I really don’t think the value was there. I probably won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered a swimsuit from shan.ca and followed the size chart, but the fit ended up being weird on me. The top felt too tight, while the bottoms were loose in a few spots, so it just didn’t feel right overall.
The quality seemed okay, but for the price I expected the sizing to be more reliable. The return process was annoying too, so I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

"Returns are fine, but they need to speed things up"
The exchange went through without any real issues, but the return took longer than I expected. It was okay overall, just kind of frustrating waiting around. If it keeps being this slow, I might start shopping somewhere else

"I ordered this from shan.ca and yeah..."
I ordered this from shan.ca and yeah, the style looks good, no issue there. But comfort-wise, it just wasn’t really it. The fabric felt a bit stiff, and the fit was tight in some random spots, like not in a flattering way, just annoying. I wore it for a few hours and kept thinking about taking it off. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot better.
